Description

Heritage Industries, a leader in the work truck and equipment industry, is currently seeking a Material Handler. Responsibilities of this role include shipping and receiving, parts pulling, parts put away, order fulfillment, and general warehouse duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Must understand and adhere to the personal responsibility of safety, and work safely always. Adhere to all company safety programs and policies.

  • Ability to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Maintain a high level of quality and customer service by following company standards.

  • Keep work area clean and organized.

  • Take ownership of client projects and provide solutions. Must consistently deliver a world class customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must always utilize TRACK and work safely.

  • Positive attitude.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Current Utah driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills through internal training modules.

  • Operation of forklifts and other equipment.

  • High School diploma (or GED/High School Equivalence Certificate).

  • Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requirements include steel or composite toe safety footwear. Other PPE will be provided as required.

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, squat and kneel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior warehouse experience.

  • Prior forklift operation/certification.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
