People and Culture Manager
DonorConnect is looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time People and Culture Manager to lead our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day People and Culture department, Occupational Health and Safety, while collaborating closely with other department leaders to ensure organizational consistency and compliance. DonorConnect is looking for a People and Culture Manager who is accurate and attentive to detail. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational capabilities, solid interpersonal capabilities, and be willing to assist others. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
Training/Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- HR professional certification (SHRM or HRCI) required
Experience Required:
- Minimum of five years of extensive Human Resource Management experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of related computer applications
- E xcellent writing and editing skills
- Able to do routine accounting procedures
- Strong organizational capabilities and flexible
- Leadership and diplomacy
- Able to work well independently and to prioritize work
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to move up to 10 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
