Boehringer Ingelheim Global Account Management Engineer in Muntinlupa, Philippines

The Position:

He/ she will be member of the global IT Team Account & Identity Management on a corporate level, located in Manila.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support operational stability.

  • Support, Monitor and optimize the Account Management services including IT on- and off-boarding, IT Account re-location, IT Account lifecycle management.

  • Coordinate/manage External Service providers to deliver high quality and ensure end user satisfaction.

  • Improving and optimizing the global IT system & service landscape including participation in projects on a global scale

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of related IT experience

  • Excellent organizational and analytical, results oriented, good communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent knowledge on tasks for account lifecycle management

  • Knowledge on ITIL processes

  • Knowledge Management skills

  • Broad knowledge on IT systems and applications to support creating value and automation

  • International Exposure in daily tasks

  • Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.

  • Experience working in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment with user centric mentality

Desireable:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable professional experience

  • Pharma industry knowledge & German language experience is a plus
