Grocery Partner tegut... is offering their selection on Amazon.de and we are looking for a smart and talented person who will be responsible for managing and developing our existing DE 3P Delivery business with current partner tegut... as well as supporting in onboarding new partners. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a ground-breaking initiative, with focus on sustainable business growth, process improvement and developing win-win partnerships with our merchants.

You will need proven ability to develop and manage relationships, drive results and competency with business analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Selection, CX, Seller Success and Expansion PMs, as well as Finance to secure high quality service level, develop selection and drive business activities to secure sustainable growth. You must be an effective communicator to deliver through our internal and external partners, leveraging your Deep Dive skills to influence stakeholders with a data driven approach, ensuring deadlines and profitability goals are met.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, passionate about delivering the best customer experience online and have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. S/he raises the bar for merchants, developing and executing strategies to grow our partnerships. S/he is eager to solve difficult problems and drive projects end-to-end, including presenting progress to senior leadership on a regular basis. S/he excels at cross-functional collaboration, identifying and influencing key stakeholders across the organization.

Key job responsibilities

The person will be responsible for:

  • Account Management: Establish and deepen our relationship with our Grocery partners, dealing with account management, reporting, communication and interaction with partners on an ongoing basis to meet our business targets.

  • Partnership Development: your cross-functional collaboration skills will allow you to identify and influence key stakeholders across the organization and partner with development and business teams. You will raise the bar for merchants, and develop and execute strategies to grow our partnership. You will be eager to innovate and solve difficult problems and drive projects end-to-end, including presenting progress to senior leadership on a regular basis.

  • Business Development: support strategic negotiations with potential partners and drive closing deals/integration plans and further rollout.

Basic Qualifications

  • Relevant experience and/or bachelor's degree

  • Fluent in German & English – written and spoken

  • Strong negotiation experience

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

  • Proven ability to influence; make an impact internally and externally; and to drive change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce, grocery or FMCG experience preferred

  • Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers (includes ability to use tools such as Excel).

  • Successful track record of using complex data sets to analyze business trends, build business cases as well as develop and validate strategies.

  • Relentless customer focus.

  • Ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
