Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.

Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Job Summary: As a Cloud Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of cloud-based systems and applications.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Need to write code or scripts to automate security tasks or integrate security tools into the cloud environment. For that familiarity with programming languages — such as Terraform, JSON, YAML, Python and Bash/PowerShell — can be helpful e.g. IAM Policy, KMS policy, Bucket access Policy, Cloud Formation Template / ARM template

• Managing access to cloud platforms and cloud services using c onfiguring Cloud Native identity and access management services (Cloud IAM).

• Should have a strong understanding of security best practices and how to apply them in a cloud environment , such as implementing access controls , data encryption , and network security .

• Requires familiarity with how to ensure compliance in a cloud environment .

• Ensuring compliance with relevant security regulations and standards by mitigating non-compliance published by Cloud Native tool/services or 3rd party CSPM tool.

• Implementing security monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to unauthorized access and potential threats.

• Analysing logs and managing incident response

• Protecting data with Cloud technologies and Data Encryption using Platform Managed Keys and Customer Managed keys

• Managing security operations with AWS, GCP and Azure Cloud Native technologies / Services .

• Requires familiarity with understating and analysing the requirement and automate it as per requirement.

• Proficiency in research and analysis related to Cloud Security

• Must be certified Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer or Azure Security Engineer Associate or AWS Certified Security Specialty .

Required skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Min. 7 – 8 years of Hand-on experience in any two Public Clouds (AWS, GCP and Azure) and total more than 10 years of IT industry experience.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics

• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security features.

• Proficiency in cloud security concepts, such as identity and access management (IAM), encryption, network security, and data protection.

• Experience with cloud security tools and services (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate security risks.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
