Job Title: Regional Service Manager

What part will you play?

  • As part of SRE’s global Asset and Property Management Services team, you will drive, support & execute SRE´s service strategy in the reginal hub India & Asia Pacific, Japan

  • You act as trusted partner for the regional top management team, consulting and enabling the region to efficiently perform the local implementation and “go to market” of global services

  • You will take responsibility for regional service deliveries and work across disciplines and countries

  • Together with regional property management teams you will supervise and steer service provision in your region including compliancy checks and management of escalations

  • You anticipate future services requirements, staying ahead of customer needs

  • You are representing your region in service-related topics within the global AP service team, and thus you are actively shaping our global service portfolio, ultimately improving the overall customer experience.

  • You will be the key stakeholder to drive our eMobility infrastructure roadmap in the IN+APJ region

  • You will be at the forefront of driving our New Way of Working Services @ Siemens in over 123 office locations (incl. workplace management systems, hybrid collaboration rooms and collaboration areas)

  • You will steer and continuously optimize the quality of our strategic integrated facility services providers (annual turnover more than € 10 M p.a.) and will help to implement strategic suppliers in Asia Pacific region

  • You can expect to work in a very dynamic and challenging environment where pro-active and independent engagement is a precondition

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You hold a university degree combined technical / commercial in Building Technologies, Engineering and Business Administration

  • You bring more than 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in real estate business, preferably with focus on service business

  • You have proven experience in service management markets and models on a global level, especially deep knowledge for India& Asia Pacific

  • You have strong project and program management skills, particularly in service-focused and customer-centered projects and initiatives. In this context you are capable to initiate and coordinate the implementation and rollout of several in parallel running service projects and initiatives

· You bring a strong IT affinity and experiences with IoT solutions and have an idea how to leverage digitalization potentials and drive change

  • You are a sales person and an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • You are an openminded team player who loves to work in cross functional and intercultural teams

  • Former experiences in one or several of the following areas are a plus: Facility Management and Services, eMobility projects, workplace management, hybrid collaboration rooms / areas

  • Knowledge of Siemens business, organization, processes & internal customer requirements is a plus

  • Business fluent English round off your profile. German as an additional language is a plus.
