You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions.
How you will contribute
You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

More about this role
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Global Consumer Website Technical Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise to our extended Consumer Team, as well as supporting partners on various technical aspects related to our global consumer website.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise on privacy, tagging, cookie banner, DNS, SSL, and conduct impact assessments of changing regulations in these areas.
Work directly with digital technologies such as OneTrust, Google Analytics, Contentful, and Algolia.
Act as a technical expert for the Modern Web Platform (MWP), providing governance, technical oversight, and design review of new component development and key custom components.
Offer technical consultancy on our Modern Web technology platform to Regional Mar Tech leads and Consumer Experience teams.
Serve as a single point of contact for the Modern Web support team in resolving complex issues across multiple parties.
Provide technical expertise to product leads in driving the adoption of globally harmonized processes and ways of working to agencies and website owners.
Experience:
Strong experience of full webstack website development on Modern JAMStack platforms, including Front End Development technologies (React.JS), Content Management Sytems (Contentful) and GCP cloud services
Hands on experience with GA/GTM (including server side) & OneTrust
Experience of full lifecycle website delivery projects, includng hosting and infrastructure
Technically curious & resilient - able to work through a problem involving multiple interconnected systems
Project Delivery Methodologies inc. Agile
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills, proactively sharing observations & improvements areas, problem solving skills, attention to details, can-do attitude
Curiosity and energy to continually learn new marketing technologies and stay apprised of security and regulatory changes.
Familiar with basics of GCP cloud environment
