Responsibilities

• Drive projects in EPD India’s Organic development portfolio

• Accountable for end to end Portfolio and Project management (Development till Launch) for the assigned portfolio

• Working closely with Director – PMO & Site Operations to enhance PPM tools & systems, roles and responsibilites, governance mechanisms and drive process improvement with Lessons learnt from earlier projects

• Facilitating Ideation (by collaborating with Development, Commercial, NPI and Medical teams on the basis of market insights) to augment I&D Portfolio

• Change agent in integrating all functions (RA, Medical, NPI, IPR, QA, Development, EPO, Site etc) involved in Development till Product Launch

• Closely work with I&D and Finance during Project Budgeting phase and facilitate in Project Cost tracking

• Responsible for status reporting and tracking of projects on Abbott Systems and maintaing accurate and upto date database for the same

Qualification & Experience

• Masters/MBA from premier institute, background in Pharma/Healthcare preferred

• 8 - 12 years of experience, preferably in Pharma industry (Formulation Development and Project Management)
