Job Description:

Main areas of responsibility:

Equipment Installations, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance: You will be responsible for the flawless installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of assigned equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Service Revenue and Data Management: You will play a key role in generating service revenue through maintenance contracts and spares. Additionally, you will provide accurate failure and repair data to appropriate personnel, enabling us to continuously improve our products and services. Clinical and Technical Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date clinical and technical knowledge is essential in resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently. Your dedication to staying informed will ensure that our customers receive the best possible support. Administrative Functions: You will be responsible for various administrative functions, including acknowledging dispatches, keeping appointments, arriving on time, completing CVR and related checklists accurately, and submitting expense reports promptly. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our service team. Asset and Resource Management: Efficiently managing all assets and resources is crucial in minimizing the liability of company assets. Your ability to effectively allocate resources will help us maintain a high level of service while optimizing costs.

Minimum education required for competent performance:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Instrumentation/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent vocational diploma.

  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

  • Willingness to travel as required to provide on-site services.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical job, demonstrating your proven expertise.
