Job Description

The Business Analyst for AML Compliance is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the existing solution used for financial crime and compliance solutions. This role involves understanding business requirements, troubleshooting application issues and ensuring optimal performance of the system

Career Level - IC2

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis:

• Gather and document business requirements for enhancements and new features.

• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure quality and functionality.

• Perform system and user acceptance testing.

• Work with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.

• Training and Documentation:

• Develop and deliver training to end-users and support teams.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures.
