Responsibilities

  • Runs Federal capabilities including requirements and implementation for Federal system and process changes.

  • Assists organizational peers who oversee a portfolio of projects including the project plan, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and/or resource needs for programs. Identifies opportunities for improving systems and processes in support Federal Customer sales and delivery work.

  • Forms virtual project teams, kicks off project work, and may be asked to manage progress from envisioning, design, testing, implmentation, and post-launch support. Tracks project results versus established success criteria and documents key learnings.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of mapping or how systems work and impact one another. Collaborates with other cross-organizational teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales) to ensure program processes are rigorous and executed efficiently. Helps develop processes around scope and scheduled changes for programs, and communicates them to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

  • OR equivalent experience.

Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or other protected status (e.g., under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. Cloud Screening:

Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
