As a Modern Work Frontline Worker Global Black Belt (GBB) you will be a sales leader within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important innovative customers. You will work in partnership across a virtual team of field specialists, ISV partners and engineering resources to drive the sales process in combination with clear deployment and adoption milestones. Realising value and success for our customers will be key. Transforming the way our Frontline workers digitally engage will be inspiring.

Responsibilities

As a M365 Frontline Worker (FLW) GBB you will:

  • Be the M365 FLW sales expert in your assigned area of specialization driving complex and strategic deals for Microsoft M365 FLW solutions in alignment with Modern Work Sales Managers and Area Sales Leads. You will work directly with key business and technical contacts, understanding the customers’ business and technology priorities, governance, and the decision & budget processes.

  • Apply your deep understanding to architect solutions that meet business and IT needs, create solutions based on the Teams Platform leveraging Copilot Studio, Power Platform & Azure Open AI with Analytics and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments, including 3rd Party solutions and devices.

  • Deliver customer business transformation & success through planning for accelerated adoption and usage resulting in customer references that can be leveraged in future sales engagements.

  • Support competitor displacement opportunities and sharing proven practices with the field through readiness and coaching to accelerate sales opportunities.

  • Engage confidently at the CxO level in German to articulate the Microsoft 365 Frontline Worker value proposition and how Microsoft can enable digital transformation.

  • Develop deep relationships with key customer decision-makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company, enabling them to be cloud advocates.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer; share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to eliminate blockers.

  • Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights, including ISV & Device Partner solutions; collaborate, share and mentor with the technical community.

  • Be an Frontline Worker evangelist with customers, partners, and an integral part of the sales team.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent German Speaking

  • Technology-related sales or account management experience

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales Execution: Skilled in leading BDM outside of traditional ITDM conversations with high-potential customers, building pipeline and developing and presenting solutions that meet customer requirements & strategy, and leading deal execution through closure.

  • Business Value Selling: Skilled in building economic justification of Modern Work solutions, assessing business opportunities and needs, and validating business value analysis with customers to drive intention to buy

  • Scaling and Collaboration: Skilled in identifying, leveraging, and coordinating a holistic, collaborative, and participative approach with internal stakeholders across solutions areas to scale business results.

  • Technical Expertise: Skilled in understanding Modern Work solutions and products, developing strategies to share best practices across subsidiaries, collaborating on compete scenarios and providing insights on future product trends and sales blockers.

  • Deliver Results and Model Microsoft Values: Skilled in identifying Customers' operational needs and building account plans accordingly. Partnering and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders on related deliverables and work streams; Models compliance to Microsoft values and shows empathy and compassion.
