Your role and responsibilities

Being an AI Engineer involves creating learning systems that enable humans and machines to perform better. These systems are designed to create new partnerships between people and machines to augment and scale human expertise in every industry, from healthcare

to financial services to education.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain machine learning models

• Work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand and develop solutions for requirements. You’ll be involved in designing, coding and testing innovative applications in areas such as machine learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), dialogue patterns, extraction, classification and reinforcement learning with exploration.

• Collaborate with research teams to adopt the latest technologies in AI and ML.

• Deploy and maintain conversational AI microservices

Required technical and professional expertise

• Professional experience using Java to deliver AI-based applications into production environments

• Professional experience in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks

• Applied knowledge in LLMs

• Experience running AI-based application experiments and making changes

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience working on AI and/or ML projects & deploying into production

• Ability to develop and debug nondeterministic, adaptive systems

• Experience with multi-modal LLMs

• Experience with product grade decoder, training speech to text models and applied ML algorithms is a plus

• Experience with Voice/Protocols SIP/RTP is a plus
