As a Document Administration Coordinator on the Employee Experience team, you will support Document Administration’s mission to ensure that the right people get the right documents at the right time . In this support role, you will work closely with the Document Administration team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of document, procurement, and data management projects including sales collateral, corporate stationery, and membership communications. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with various business lines in the organization while supporting Premera’s mission of making healthcare work better.

This is a hybrid position that requires monthly onsite days at our Mountlake Terrace, WA campus.

What you’ll do

  • Work with customers to gather requirements, establish deliverable dates, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of print and/or mail projects

  • Collect and input document information into the document management database (please note this is not a “records management” role)

  • Perform data maintenance projects

  • Assure that legal and procedural requirements are met, and the integrity of version control is maintained regardless of medium.

  • Update and maintain corporate document library; Maintain archived versions of active and inactive tracked documents

  • Monitor department email box and respond to customer requests

What you’ll bring

  • Three (3) years’ work experience (Required)

  • Two (2) years’ project coordination, procurement, or related business experience (Required)

  • Experience with document management disciplines for approvals and version control

  • Experience working with print/mail supply vendors a plus

  • Content management application experience

  • Demonstrated project coordination skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to do error-free detailed work

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Experience with SharePoint online and Adobe Pro preferred

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

National Salary Range:

$46,000.00 - $69,000.00

National Plus Salary Range:

$52,500.00 - $78,800.00

*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska .
