Latecoere International, Inc. Customer Liaison Manager in MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Washington
Duties: Serve as a senior-level manager assigned to our Boeing account. Coordinate program issues with Boeing including issues related to engineering, production, deliveries, spare part orders, repairs, and accounting. Serve as the point-of-contact and support liaison for Boeing with respect to the company's final assembly line and aircraft delivery, with a specific focus on door-related issues. Manage the U.S.-based mechanics team on multisite repairs for the Boeing 787 doors. Provide supply chain support for our U.S. suppliers who supply spare parts for our Boeing programs. Oversee and manage the multisite U.S.-based mechanics who are responsible for providing repair work and support for the Boeing assembly lines and airplane delivery centers. Review claims, determine corrective actions, and coordinate work in the factories. Manage and direct daily meetings with Boeing management to review quality, on-time deliveries, as well as the production schedules of Latecoere factories (including the factories in Mexico and in France) and the U.S.-based suppliers who support Boeing orders. Leverage Latecoere's position in efforts for early involvement (including engineering and production) for future Boeing programs with the objective of securing the contact for new Boeing airplanes. Position Requires: 10 years of experience serving in a managerial role within the aerospace industry overseeing design engineering activities for commercial jet airliners including experience supporting (i) engineering/design requirements for customer assembly line by defining repairs and fixes; (ii) mechanics to implement repairs; and (iii) production quality investigations and supply chain issues. Position in Mountlake Terrace, WA. May work from various unanticipated locations. May work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
