Google Program Manager III, Service Partnerships, Platforms and Devices in Mountain View, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

  • 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or reverse logistics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience in program managing RFPs, new supplier evaluation, contractual onboarding/negotiations and partner management.

  • Experience with process improvements and cost optimization.

  • Knowledge of product life-cycle and designing new programs.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage ever-changing priorities and deadlines.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will drive strategic partnerships, onboard service providers aligned with Google's ideas, and ensure a seamless service experience for Pixel users. You will collaborate across teams and borders to launch new products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Identify, negotiate, and onboard service partners who align with exceptional customer support.

  • Ensure the service network is ready to support the launch of Pixel devices.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Google, as well as external partners, to deliver seamless service experiences.

  • Lead multi-faceted projects, from planning to execution, ensuring clear communication and risk mitigation.
