Come join Intuit as a Principal Program Manager on the Customer Success team where you will serve as the program leader of a company-wide transformation to drive customer obsession through how the company operates. What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of related experience managing and leading complex transformation programs

  • Deep understanding of product development, agile, and customer-centered innovation practices with experience connecting business goals to data-driven customer outcomes

  • Demonstrated success driving large complex portfolios of programs involving cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong technical/ analytics aptitude with the ability to understand and report data in an impactful way

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in dynamic & matrix team environment

  • Communicates equally well with senior leaders, contributing teams, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing (email/ presentations)

  • Strong ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and be resourceful

  • BS/BA degree required or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred

How you will lead

  • Setup and run the program management office to oversee the company-wide transformation that will touch thousands of employees

  • Drive planning and ongoing dependency management across several workstreams spanning AI-powered technology, product management & development, and change management

  • Prepare and share executive program status and updates with senior leadership and stakeholders, which includes a clear articulation of business impact of the transformation (success measures, customer experience impact, financials)

  • Manage key dependencies and risk management, unblocking teams to enable speed
