Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR leaders, executives, and management on workforce planning and development, with expertise in acute care hospital settings and unions.
Foster staff engagement, facilitate change management, and manage labor relations.
Drive HR programs aligned with business goals, cultivating a culture reflective of the hospital's mission and vision.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in HR, business, or related fields (Master's preferred) Experience:
8+ years in HR, with a preference for acute care hospital experience Expertise:
Strong generalist knowledge across key HR areas: employee relations, recruitment, compensation, training, performance management, and communications Leadership:
Prior management experience is advantageous
