Overview
Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta is a member of the Dignity Health system of health care providers and is a not-for-profit medical facility. We are designated as a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital and are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health care Organizations. In addition to our acute care hospital we also own and operate three Rural Health Clinics providing walk-in immediate care as well as scheduled appointments for routine medical needs.
We are located in the northernmost area of California and are part of a network of care including Mercy Medical Center Redding and St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Red Bluff. Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the attending physician, renders FNP services under the California guidelines. Supports the educational needs of Mercy Community Clinic as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Minimum one year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient clinic setting
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and FN
RN;DEA;CT NP;CT CPRBLS
Ability to: 1) Work effectively as a team member in the delivery of health and surgical care services. 2) Evaluate and analyze patient situations accurately and take effective actions. 3) Communicate effectively verbally and in writing in order to prepare clear and concise reports and records.

Pay Range
$61.58 - $86.27 /hour
