Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience in Node JS and Java Full stack development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model, contributing to innovative projects and driving the success of our software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high
- Quality software solutions using Node JS and Java Full stack technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Ensure the security and scalability of the software solutions.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Document software designs, code, and processes for future reference
