Job Title: Operations Services Coordinator

Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Operations Services Coordinator to provide essential support to our development and operations team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks with a focus on supporting the team through pipeline reporting, coordinating communication and marketing efforts, and maintaining the integrity of our development/operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Services

  • Administrator of delivery aggregators.

  • Tracking of information within the development team

  • Assist in acquiring and maintaining store licenses.

  • Administrator of GIAM, RCC (LVE/TBC/KFC alignment process)

  • Set up of new buildings with Water, Electric and Gas Services.

  • Assist in the management and reporting of Corrigo & Ecotrak systems.

Cross Functional Support

  • Assist with tracking and scheduling of cameras and alarm systems.

  • Assist and support the LP department with tracking and scheduling of cameras and alarm systems.

  • Review LP invoicing to determine proper financial allocation.

  • Provide technical administration support as needed.

Operations/Development/Facilities/Facilities

  • Provide awareness to the field with specific alerts from the brand.

  • Participate in weekly calls with the brand and LVE team.

  • Be prepared to support other roles within the team as required to ensure departmental success.

Other Responsibilities

  • Works closely with cross functional teams to assess pricing recommendations and implementation throughout the LVE brands.

  • Digital resource to help drive transactions growth and savings as it relates to delivery performance.

  • Assist in the creation of scripts for various communication and marketing efforts and loyalty including but not limited to non-traditional marketing, fundraising, catering, and social media.

  • Assist with the development of grand opening plans, to include but not limited to providing guidance and support to the grand opening process and working directly with DOs/MCs/ACs.

  • Develops tactical programs, when necessary, that drive transaction growth that include digital marketing, outdoor billboards/DOT signage, and social media.

  • Manage agency partners and vendors to research local marketing opportunities and ensure successful execution of all marketing-related partner projects.

  • Plan company functions in conjunction with Human Resources

  • Knowledge of local markets and core marketing concepts

  • Manage budgets according to plan.

  • Works closely with functional teams to prepare marketing reports by collecting and analyzing sales data to evaluate brand promotion ROIs.

  • Assist with company website content and editorial direction.

  • LVE incentives to drive field awareness & participation (Round Up as an example)

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in a coordination role within a development or similar department.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to work autonomously with little direction.

  • Takes initiative and seeks to improve processes and use of new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Restaurant experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related marketing software.

  • Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize work and flexibly adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently, follow-up and close-out questions/issues.

  • Confident reaching out and responding to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent proof-reading skills
