Affordable Care GPO & Logistics Administrator in Morrisville, North Carolina

Overview

OVERVIEW:

Reporting directly to the GPO Sr. Finance Manager, the GPO & Logistics Administrator position will engage in key support functions to sustain Sevaredent’s hybrid business model operations and ensure financial goals are met.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Support:

• Serve as a key contact for vendors, assist new vendor set-up with internal stakeholders, and support AP processes in maintenance of vendor relations

• Ensure the timely collection of GPO reporting with the development and maintenance of vendor relations

• Execute GPO revenue collections and application processes to ensure timely and accurate record keeping and reporting

• Administer member rostering duties to ensure accuracy for stakeholders and partners

Logistics Support:

• Monitor incoming sales orders from E-Procurement channels, and work with system administrator to resolve errors or process interruptions

• Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and collaborate with various departments including to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

• Help develop and monitor purchase order transmissions with vendors, conclude orders by validating and settling to fulfilled status, identify orders of importance, and expedite fulfillment as applicable

• Maintain accurate Order Management System (OMS) records to ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time and in sync with the Accounting System

• Assist with the invoicing of GPO members for Sevaredent and Private Label revenue initiatives

• Respond to inquiries regarding orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

• Process dropship returns and ensuring generated credit in QB is applied to the open invoice

• Execute routine QA/QC functions to maintain measurable performance metrics

• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, strive to identify process and workflow improvements to gain efficiencies and maintain quality underlying data

• Stay current with industry and inventory trends and advocate for modernization as applicable

• Perform department related ad-hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Finance or related field

• 1 to 5 years related work experience preferred

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Excellent organizational skills

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience in general accounting processes, specifically Accounts Receivable

• General knowledge of MS Office including proficient use of Excel
