Our client, a prestigious financial services firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Associate to join their team. This role demands a strong background in financial services and an active Series 7 license. The ideal candidate will excel in client relations, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Assist clients with account management, including opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal company policies.

• Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Conduct research and provide clients with detailed information regarding their accounts and financial plans.

• Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.

• Active Series 7 license required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software.
