Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to drive the development and delivery of Omni-Selling strategies by providing internal and external research, reviewing and analyzing customer information and other relevant data, , while also providing insights and recommendations within their assigned area. This includes responsibility for supporting omni-focused work streams end-to-end through the planning, development, execution, administration activities, and implementation stages to ensure excellence. Overall, this role contributes to digital commerce segments that play an important role in moving the digital business forward by driving ongoing improvements.

What You Will Do

•Utilize strategic omni-selling analyses to develop targeted omni-signage solutions that support Merchandising and Enterprise partners in category resets, category tests and company signage projects to solve key customer pain points including out of stock, extended aisle, and customer purchase confidence

•Works to close the gap with competitors and/or exceed customer expectations through implementation of in-store experiences that connect the customer to digital solutions

•Develops and executes work plans with digital commerce team and cross-functional teams. Ensures that work is completed on time and raises risks and issues that could cause delays to the work.

•Provides insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations to the manager of his/her assigned area to create hypotheses and define business value to ultimately drive action for improvement.

•Maintain Cross functional partnership with various teams throughout the organization

•Present to key stakeholders on omni-strategies and insights to guide category project/resets.

•Works as a member of a larger team and may be asked to help coach and develop less experienced team members.

Where You’ll Be

• Associates are required to relocate to the Charlotte region to foster collaboration and facilitate improved testing and support.

• Lowe’s supports a Flex Office concept where in-person work is required two days per week at Mooresville or the Charlotte Tech Hub

• Most business meetings are planned around the Eastern time zone.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).

•4-5 years' Experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience in a corporate setting

•Experience in store and digital commerce

•Experience in merchandising processes

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $70,400.00 - $117,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
