Job Description

This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Mooresville, NC. (3 days in office per week)

  • Solid skills at understanding customer opportunities and needs in alignment with Bosch's unique value proposition and objectives

  • Manage and implement corporate strategies, promotions, programs and objectives to ensure timely and effective outcomes

  • Development of excellent working relationship as a business leader with customer decision makers/influencers through effective working relationships at all levels, as well as internal team members

  • Analysis of trends, inventory, purchasing patterns and evaluation of account business, forecasting of account inventory requirements

  • Review SKU listings to achieve best share position and optimization of account inventory and purchasing patterns

  • Develop sales strategies and long-term plans to drive sales and create preference for Bosch products through balanced promotional programs

  • Manage account events; grand openings; contractor nights, resets, product knowledge, road shows, store walks etc. with field sales and marketing associates to ensure timely and effective program outcomes

  • Responsible for the planning and effective execution of rollouts in National Accounts in conjunction with the National Sales Manager, Retail.

  • Manage E-commerce and online brand initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Senior Sales Representative (with National Retail accounts)

  • University Degree or College Diploma preferred (or equivalent 5-7 years of related work experience)

  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and/or CRM experience preferred

  • Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindset

  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
