Lowe's Assistant Marketing Manager Mass Media - In Office in Mooresville, North Carolina

Your Impact

The Assistant Marketing Manager of Mass Media will work cross-functionally to assist in conceiving media campaigns that capitalize on growth opportunities with prioritized customer segments by leveraging consumer insights, understanding the competitive landscape and working closely with cross-functional teams internally and externally to drive the overall strategic success of Lowe's. The position will report to the Sr Manager of Media Campaign Activation and will serve as support for Mass Media channel execution (TV, Radio, Video).

What You Will Do

  • Serves as point of contact for Mass Media channels within media activation (TV, Radio, and OLV) aligning with media plans to meet critical KPIS.

  • Supports the Media Campaign Activation team in analyzing/interpreting data to draw clear, actionable conclusions within the business area. He/she serves as a subject matter expert to meet quarterly objectives, strategies and tactical plans.

  • Provides strategic recommendations by channel to inform audience targeting and creative development. Should feel comfortable with different digital partners in the TV (Disney, NBC, WBD), Audio (Spotify, Pandora), and Video (Connected TV YouTube).

  • Works with and supports the Enterprise Media & Strategy team to align Media Plans with Mass Media tactical plans.

  • Works closely with cross functional teams like creative, customer/category marketing, and .com execute a 360 omni-channel experience.

  • Works closely with external media agencies and digital vendors to execute, optimize, and report on campaigns.

  • Works closely with marketing operations to analyze, monitor and report on the impact of programs against goals and objectives both quarterly and annually.

  • Works closely with project management team, marketing operations team, media and brand engagement teams to operationalize and execute the work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field and 3-5 Years Overall marketing experience

  • 3-5 Years Strong media experience (planning and/or investment)

  • 1-2 Years Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years Experience leading work at a retailer or CPG company
