Responsibilities:

• Utilize multiple recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other company-specific tools, to source and attract qualified candidates.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, ranging from job posting and candidate screening, to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they receive timely updates and guidance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.

• Represent the company at various events such as job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

• Carry out tactical recruitment initiatives to meet hiring goals and deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

• Utilize skills such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Documentation, Hiring Processes. Requirements • Possess knowledge and experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficient in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiar with Careerbuilder in sourcing potential job candidates

• Able to utilize Kronos Timekeeping System effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Experience with About Time software is advantageous

• Able to conduct Background Checks in compliance with legal requirements

• Understands Benefit Functions and can manage them effectively

• Capable of creating and maintaining Documentation as per company standards

• Familiar with Hiring Processes in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry
