To fabricate aluminum boats in spec with departmental production schedule
- Read tape measure to accurately perform job assignment.
- Skill and ability to cut simple parts from patterns with supervision.
- Keep a clean and safe work area.
- Basic understanding of power tools and equipment needed for fabrication.
- Ability to select proper material thickness and alloy with supervision.
- Safely operate all power tools and equipment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to apply mathematical operations ie; fractions, percentages rations and proportions.
- Ability to define problems, establish facts, collect data and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures and basic drawings.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Wearing of company provided personal protection equipment.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1 year or less experience in fabrication or demonstrated ability to perform essential duties.
- Ability to effectively communicate information to team members and supervisors.
