The Senior Process Improvement Professional analyzes, and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. The Senior Process Improvement Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Process Improvement Professional that uses Talent Acquisition best business practices with a test and learn methodology to develop business processes that focus on improving the candidate experience and recruiter productivity. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on Recruiting Systems, as well as continue to evolve candidate and recruiter technology processes. Working autonomously, driving department strategy with benchmarking, business process analysis and re-engineering, change management and measurement, and process-driven systems requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop assigned recruiting systems strategy and functional roadmap

  • Responsible for the life cycle of project from planning to implementation. To include but not limited to: integration, implementation, maintenance, training documentation, and enablement of the solution into the recruiting process and driving utilization

  • Monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis

  • Lead projects and processes to ensure adoption and continuous improvement for recruiting systems

  • Manage user testing of recruiting systems to gather feedback and implement changes

  • Proactively manage enhancement back logs

  • Responsible for solutioning & implementing enhancements, change requests and break/fix for the Recruiting systems

  • Work with Talent Acquisition to mature technology offering by utilizing data and knowledge of recruiters' and sourcers' processes to identify meaningful metrics and create strategies that help influence change and drive adoption

  • Develop and maintain relationships between TA Leadership, HR Technology Partners, project team and key stakeholders

  • Responsible for effective vendor management of 3rd party systems

  • Collaborate across various work streams to identify upstream and downstream impacts of any changes to current process flows

  • Engage the voice of the customer to assess system opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of technical experience

  • Previous experience as a system administer for Talent Acquisition or HR Saas technology

  • Possess 3+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts such as evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements

  • Prior experience with system integrations and user testing

  • Experience with identifying and reporting out on root cause analysis and ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

  • Demonstrated ability to build healthy, collaborative working relationships

  • Experience working as part of an interdependent team supporting an enterprise-view of department function

  • Strong project management experience

  • User-focused system design experience or experience planning and designing with the end user in mind

  • Ability to leverage technology and tools to communicate, track, document, and analyze the utilization of HR systems

  • Ability to engage partners and primary system users to co-develop complex technical and process-oriented solutions

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills with experience creating and facilitating training to large audiences

  • Ability to work independently, with limited direction.

  • Previous experience managing 3rd party vendors successfully

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to influence and coach without hierarchical responsibility

  • Prior experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Phenom, and/or other Talent Acquisition and/or HR recruiting technologies

  • 3+ years expert knowledge of recruiting processes in Talent Acquisition teams

  • Experience with Workday design, and/or configuration within the Recruiting module

Work-At-Home Requirements:

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

  • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$76,800 - $105,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
