Converting Team Lead
Job Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of converting operators to meet production goals
Coordinating or assisting with activities of team members as necessary.
Monitors processes to address issues, minimize downtime, and maximize efficiency, seeks out opportunities to improve established manufacturing practices, anticipates, and anticipates, and anticipates
