Are you looking for a new customer service role? We have a new job listing for a customer service position in Mt Alto, Pa. This position will be a first shift opportunity paying $16-$18 an hour. This position will be in charge of answering calls, supporting the customers, maintaining records, handling customer issues, dealing with production planning, along with many other duties. Responsibilities

• Creates new customer account records.

• Maintains customer records.

• Professionally represent the company both in person and telephone.

• Assists customers by handling complaints and requests and communicates delivery dates andexpectations to customers.

• Deals directly with production planning to coordinate production requirements.

• ERP experience









 Maintains and updates sales procedures.

 Communicates with customer on order status.

 Communicates with various departments within the organization the status of an order.

 Enters data for sales orders, acknowledges sales orders and confirms sales orders

 Prepares and completes necessary reports pertaining to sales for the Sales Manager.

 Assists Sales Manager with setting appointments and travel arrangements.

 Assists customers with RMAs and completes all necessary paperwork to ensure the return is
