We are offering an employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator that will support a North Carolina based corporation. In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic team in the aviation manufacturing industry, handling a wide variety of responsibilities related to commercial contracts and trade compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial contracts; drafting, reviewing, tracking renewals, etc.

• Assist with dispute resolution procedures and provide litigation support (labor and employment matters)

• Support trade compliance transactions, focusing on exports from various global facilities

• Conduct background checks for customers, ensuring compliance and corruption screening

• Work closely with the trade compliance leader to fulfill additional responsibilities as needed

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role in a commercial setting

• In-depth understanding of commercial contracts, their drafting, negotiation, and execution

• Proficient in dispute resolution and civil litigation

• Demonstrated knowledge of trade compliance and export laws

• Ability to interpret and apply contract law in various business contexts

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders

• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously

• Attention to detail and accuracy in contract preparation and review

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field

• Proficiency in using contract management software and related tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
