Performs basic and clerical bookkeeping support functions including data entry, record keeping and minimal reporting for a multitude of accounts and/or locations. Processes accounts payable and/or receivable documentation and makes appropriate entries into the approved accounting system; works with vendors to ascertain status of checks and accounts; works with Divisional or local finance staff to accomplish the bookkeeping functions for the location
