Our client is in need of an AP Clerk to manage financial disbursements and ensure the company's financial obligations are met on time. This role requires precision, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the administrative and clerical needs of the Accounts Payable Department.

• Execute daily processes and controls accurately and on time.

• Process invoices, record payments, and track expenses of the organization.

• Communicate with clients regarding billing discrepancies.

• Assist in internal and external audits ensuring optimal compliance.

  Requirements

• Proven work experience as an AP Clerk.

• Proficient knowledge of basic accounting principles and proficiency with computers.

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
