How you will make an impact

As the Coordinator 1, Accounts you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and conduct research to resolve all past due balances. In this role, you contribute to the A/P process by recommending enhancements to improve efficiency.

In this role, youll have the opportunity to:

  • Responsible for department mail distribution and scanning/routing of invoices for coding and approval
  • Ensure all invoices are processed for payment in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Research and resolve all past due balances or disputes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline Accounts Payable processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, youll need:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Accounts Payable with a high school education (an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered)
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work well within a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Working knowledge of ReQlogic, Great Plains, Epicor, and Microsoft suite is a plus.
  • Associates or bachelors degree in accounting or finance is a plus

The most likely base pay range for this position is $22 - $32 per hour. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individuals exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Halozyme. Total compensation could include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards.
