Analysis of multi-omics data and implementation of machine learning approaches. Detailed documentation of analytical procedures and data is expected. 30% Manuscript preparation for submission to scientific journals and presenting at national/international scientific meetings. Assist with grant submissions as needed. 10% Participate in regular lab/project meetings. Present to lab members independent review of relevant scientific literature for ongoing projects, data analysis results, and discussions of possible new approaches with team members and the Principal Investigator.
