Job Summary We are looking to add a performance-driven, highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and strongly desire to learn, grow, and develop as a recruiting professional while working in the fast-paced, airline industry. The position's primary function is to quickly and effectively hire frontline employees to staff the airport terminal as well as flight attendant and call center customer service classes. As a quality focused Recruiter, you will act as the initial point of contact for candidates and will introduce career opportunities within our organization. With a sales mindset, Recruiters answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, and respond to various recruiting leads. Job Duties High-Volume Candidate Management Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skill, and experience Coordinate and conduct interviews (in-person and virtual) to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles Prepare interview questions tailored to each position and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process Communicate with candidates that are both selected and not selected Manage offers Provide assistance to candidates throughout the hiring process Requisition Management Manage job postings and placements with job boards Review, assess, and disposition candidates as they arrive on a daily basis with our applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure compliance for affirmative action and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) plans General Duties Meet daily and monthly contact, activity, and hiring goals Collaborate with other Recruiters and teams across the company to improve our processes, products, and organization Participate in 1:1's, department meetings, and company-wide meetings in order to develop and grow Promote careers opportunities at local community events and conduct information/recruitment sessions to attract candidates for seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities Maintain knowledge of multiple operations and positions Work Environment Ability to have a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends Ability to work onsite on a regular basis This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
