Description
Vestis (formerly Aramark Uniform Services) is seeking a New Business Installation Manager to join our Minneapolis team. At Vestis, we deliver uniforms and workplace supplies that empower people to do good work and good things for others while at work.
Overview: The New Business Installation Manager’s (NBIM) key job objectives include the following:
Ensure all necessary activities are complete for all installs assigned to you, including completing paperwork, ordering product, sizing garments, and installing products, including equipment.
For remote MC management of installs, own task management within Salesforce SFDC by working with service team to complete physical aspects of the installs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and ethical conduct while doing business with our customers.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Ensure the timely and accurate installation of all new business, coordinating with customers and Vestis service team;
Coordinate measuring of wearers at account and complete garment orders ;
Schedule initial installation date with customers and Vestis service team;
Review accuracy and approve all orders prior to processing;
Conduct merchandise audits, customer inventory analysis, inventory management and quality control checks;
Maintain close coordination and teamwork with Production, Service and Sales to achieve service objectives and deliver outstanding customer service

Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with a variety of organizational functions to get the job done.

Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office software.
Exposure to sales function preferred.

Working Environment/Safety Requirements:
Majority of time will be driving your own vehicle or company step-van to call on customers in the assigned service territory. Will be exposed to weather conditions in the area (heat, wind, cold, rain, snow, etc.).
Customer visitations may require walking, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling carts, exposure to weather conditions.
Must be able to frequently lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, as well as load/unload product from a truck without assistance.
Time will also be spent in a company office environment; with exposure at the loading dock, production and warehouse areas, exposure to vehicles for loading/unloading, and exposure to vehicle maintenance.
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Two years of service and route-based industry experience, with proven track record for growing customer accounts
Previous profit and loss accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred
Significant customer interface and service experience
Successful completion of criminal background, motor vehicle record, and drug screen checks.
License Requirements/ Certifications
Current valid Driver’s License
Must meet minimum DMV/MVR points per company policy
Current DOT Medical Certification
Travel Requirements:

Compensation : The salary rate for this position ranges from $62,700 to $79,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus.
