These may include for-credit or non-credit courses, workshops, etc. Instructors will work with CSE faculty and staff to develop content and curricula for courses, identify and arrange any guest speakers, manage in-class discussion, and provide feedback to students. For credit-bearing courses, lecturers are responsible for assigning exam and semester grades. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in a CSE field 5+ years experience in areas specifically relevant to the courses to be taught Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years experience in areas specifically relevant to the courses to be taught Experience across a broad range of disciplines covered by CSE About the Department For more information visit https://cse.umn.edu/ Pay and Benefits Fixed Pay Rate: $10,000 for Spring Semester 2025 Retirement plan options are available for Civil Service, Faculty, Labor-Represented, Professional & Administrative, and Temp Casual classifications.
