Typical Day in the Life A typical day as an Internal Audit Senior Manager in our Risk Advisory Services practice may include the following: Supervises internal audit department and personnel determining timelines, goals and expectations of engagements. Oversees multiple teams performing internal audit compliance procedures. Mentors and develops internal audit staff. Leads consulting and compliance projects for clients in multiple jurisdictions. Networks, builds relationships, and attracts new clients or business to the Firm. Attends training seminars, professional development and industry events. Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. Actively seeks and provides feedback in order to develop the Risk Advisory Services practice. Capitalizes on personal and professional experiences in order to develop business and practice lines. Provides mentoring and technical training for staff in the Risk Advisory Services practice and the Firm at large. Manages client billing for risk-based services provided. Develops business with clients within industries and markets that meet Firm objectives. Collaborate with business development teams, marketing, and other internal firm partners and industry leaders to drive growth. Participates in community organizations and industry functions. Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines. Who You Are You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. You have relevant certification (Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Public Accountant, etc.) preferred. You have 10+ years of experience in public accounting and/or internal audit work. You have experience with relevant professional practice and related standards. You are an experienced industry advisor, uses expertise to help others. You are skilled in networking and developing business. You can communicate clearly in writing and verbally. You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects. You establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients. You have high professional standards and ability to maintain strict client confidentiality. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship. Benefits and Compensati n Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Salary Range: $125,000 - $185,000 Beyond base salary, Eide Bailly provides benefits such as: generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, education assistance, and a referral program.
