Apply for Job Job ID361681 LocationTwin Cities Job FamilyLR-Clerical Full/Part TimeFull-Time Regular/TemporaryRegular Job Code1885 Employee ClassAFSCME Unit 6 - Clerical Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job About the Job Job Duties/Responsibilities: 100% - Office Operations - Respond to and initiate inquiries regarding purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations. - Explain policies and procedures and independently resolve problems/questions. - Prepare presentation materials for others and edit the content. - Provide support for personnel searches and other complex events including grad school applications, grant proposals and contracts. - Assists with the planning of meetings. - Coordinate and make decisions on a daily basis regarding calendars. - Compose and/or prepare correspondence, memoranda, promotional materials or forms, newsletters, manuals, etc. - Assist with grant proposals and serve as a resource for information related to the management of grants and contracts. - Develop computer-assisted processes, guidelines, procedures or tools. - Design and/or maintain databases, websites. - Process and maintain information that may require gathering, compiling and maintaining data. - Responsible for evaluation and modification of file systems. This position will require to be on campus with the potential of being a hybrid position following completion of orientation. Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and four years of related office experience - Training/education may be substituted for some of the years of experience. - Computer experience required.
