Description Bolton & Menk is looking to add an Engagement Graphic Designer II to our team in our Minneapolis office! We are looking to add an Engagement Graphic Designer II who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in a Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Community while being engaged on project assignments serving our municipal, federal, industrial, and other clients. What You Will Be Doing: Coordinates directly with Engagement Designers, Engagement Specialists, Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Clients to design collateral for public projects Designs print materials, including flyers, postcards, door hangers, info sheets, maps, boards, visual summaries, and other requested collateral Designs digital materials, including websites, social media graphics, and other requested collateral Create, uphold and elevate client brand standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all deliverables Coordinates the printing of designed deliverables Travel to facilities and other related locations as necessary to place collateral or attend events. Some night and weekend event attendance may be required Ability to multitask multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards Maintains confidentiality of company and client related information Update and maintain accurate electronic file management with internal file storage procedures Creates project-branded materials, including custom campaigns with logos, headers, PowerPoint templates, and other requested collateral Designs and manages long form reports with chapters and sections Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to drive creative innovation and differentiation What We Are Looking For: At least (3) three years of experience designing marketing materials, including infographics, digital assets, websites, social media content, and print collateral, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field from an accredited College or University Moderate to advanced graphic design capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., lnDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) Moderate experience designing content for social media applications (Facebook, Linkedln, X, etc.) Moderate to advanced skill in designing layouts: Select colors, images, and typefaces to create layouts for print, web, or multimedia Moderate experience making documents and website ADA Compliant Strong skills in client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service [reviewing designs and proof-reading] prior to publishing or printing, and evaluation of client satisfaction Strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on years of experience and credentials Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
