The Enablement Intern position focuses on onboarding and training, documentation, and communication for the larger Enterprise Technology Operations team. They collaborate with other teams as needed to learn relevant processes and identify any gaps in documentation and training for the team. The role will have an opportunity to develop a working understanding of the processes of multiple groups within Enterprise Technology Operations, including Information Security, Enterprise Security Operations, Transformation Management Office, Business Operations, Information Technology and Strategy and Planning, while also working cross-functionally supporting all end-users throughout the company. You will be responsible for ensuring a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving and ensuring agreed procedures and standards are met. What you can expect to do in this role: Create and update documentation, process mappings, data flow diagrams, reports, and other project artifacts as needed Research and gather requirements for training and documentation needs Maintain and update courses in the learning management system Gather data on common tools we use and prepare summary pages for leaders Prepare communications for internal operations announcements Organize business project requirements to help inform timeline and scope Support Enablement Specialists with various projects as assigned #LI-Remote What we are looking for: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in progress, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Communication, Communications, Information Systems Management or similar areas of emphasis (preferred) Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred) Strong documentation and analytical skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties Positive Attitude Strong written and spoken communication skills Adapt to and solve challenges quickly and efficiently Exceptional organizational skills Outstanding collaboration skills High attention to detail Work well independently and as part of a team Self-starter and highly-motivated Business level proficiency in English How we help you reach your best potential: Named a 100 Best Companies to Work For by Great Place to Workand Fortune Magazine We know that big ideas can come from anyone, so we empower everyone to make an impact.
