Creative Circle Digital Media Supervisor (13259) in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Our agency client is looking for a Digital Media Supervisor to join their team in a full-time opportunity. This is an exciting role for someone that is insanely curious, a strategic thinker, and can bring ideas to life in media placements and partnerships. This role is: - Direct Hire - Hybrid onsite in their downtown Minneapolis office - would need to come onsite 3 days / week, and remote 2 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday onsite) Qualifications in order to be considered: - Minimum of 5 years' digital media experience, either in a media department at an agency or in-house media department - Experience managing multiple clients in a variety of industries - Digital and social planning experience is required - Proficient in media tools and data bases, such as Strata, Nielsen, Pathmatics, MRI Simmons, GCM, Meta, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, or other similar tools - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote - Media buying experience is preferred Other soft skills / competencies they are looking for: - Analytical and detail-oriented - Skilled at organizing and prioritizing work - Robust negotiation skills - Strong presentation skills, as you will be presenting complicated media plans in a simplified form to clients - Able to apply strategic planning skills to the media planning process
