Our client, based in Minneapolis, MN, is currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst with pharmacy benefit management experience. This is a fully remote long-term contract role open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. This position involves assisting a healthcare organization in preparing for the go-live of the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P) program, scheduled for January 2025.

The ideal candidate will have strong pharmacy benefit operations experience, preferably in the Medicare and Medicaid space. You will be tasked with completing M3P concurrent client testing for both new and existing clients to ensure readiness for the January 2025 M3P requirements. This will involve the analysis of PBM claims data through RxCLAIM and using various tools to segment and analyze customer data.

Responsibilities:

• Completing M3P concurrent client testing for 30+ new and existing clients.

• Analyzing PBM claims data through RxCLAIM.

• Utilizing tools to segment and utilize customer data.

• Ensuring compliance with new M3P standards.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).

• Proficiency with RxCLAIM claim adjudication (highly desired).

• Experience with eligibility and benefits (highly desired).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Biology or Pharmacy Operations (preferred).

• Experience in executing tests, reviewing results, researching defects.

• Advanced knowledge of PBM operations.

• Experience in data quality or data testing is desirable.
