About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Content Designer supporting Corporate Strategy, Digital Platform & Innovation within Consumer, Small Business & Banking Operations (CSBBO) . For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external careers site at www.wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with teams, direct managers, and other departments, regarding content requirements

  • Create or collaborate on new and existing web or multimedia applications

  • Design and create customer experience elements to support business groups throughout Wells Fargo

  • Develop content and design for online applications

  • Develop, implement and configure Adobe Solutions using AEM Forms, AEM Suite, and/or technologies such as HTML, Java, JavaScript, and XML

  • Ensure ADA guidelines are applied and met

  • Ensure consistency throughout work efforts by utilizing company brand and quality standards

  • Provide technical support for issues and initiatives related to applications, systems, and tools, used by the business or functional area

  • Work with creative and technical teams to research and design the strategies to implement for online services

  • Work with leaders on development ideas and products

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems

  • Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphere

  • Ability to work independently, innovatively, and proactively, while exercising sound judgment

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and team production environment, across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with multiple levels of the organization including design, documentation, and proofreading

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research, skills

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrated experience with ADA accessibility guidelines

  • Demonstrated forms design experience including the understanding of readability and usability standards in relation to forms design

  • Advanced experience withAdobe Experience Management (AEM), CommonLook, Crawford Tech, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Java Script, JAWS, OpenAccess, and NVDA

  • Advanced experience with Database concepts, Reader Extensions, and SQL

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) including tagging PDFs

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$63,600.00 - $113,000.00
