These project aims to investigate the potential of various neuromodulation techniques and cognitive interventions. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating and conducting clinical research activities related to these projects. We hope to make a partnership between Minnesota Recovery Communities and Medical Discovery Team on Addiction (MDTA) at University of Minnesota to launch a Neuroscience-informed Intervention Co-Development (NICD) pipeline to address interventional needs within the communities, with the communities and for the communities. Job Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Community Engagement and Mobilization (25%): Develop a map of addiction recovery communities, developing partnerships and running group discussions on their needs and priorities that could be potentially addressed by neuroscience-informed interventions. 2. Study Coordination (20%): Coordinate aspects of the research project, including recruitment, screening, and enrollment of study participants. Ensuring that study protocols are followed, and that data is collected accurately. 3. Participant Management (25%): Coordinate participant scheduling, conduct assessments, and monitor participants' progress throughout the study. Address any participant-related issues promptly and professionally. 4. Data Collection (10%): Collect and manage data from participants, including clinical assessments, questionnaires, and other research instruments. 5. Collaboration (5%): Work closely with the principal investigator, postdocs, research assistants, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of the project. Collaborating with external partners as necessary. 6. Compliance and Ethics (5%): Ensure that the study complies with all applicable regulations and ethical guidelines. Obtain informed consent from participants and maintain confidentiality of data. 7. Documentation and Reporting (10%): Maintain detailed and accurate records of all research activities, including participant records, study documentation, and data. Prepare regular progress reports for the principal investigator and funding agencies. Qualifications All required qualifications must be included in the application materials Required Qualifications: -BA/BS or a combination of related education and work experience to equal 4 years. -Previous experience working with individuals with mental health conditions such as psychosis spectrum disorders in a clinical or research setting.
