Job Description SummaryThe Bell Attendant sets the tone for Sonesta's mission of "Wowing" our guests with Amazing Moments. Transporting and storing luggage to and from guest rooms.Job DescriptionPrinciple duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include:Deliver guest room packages and room drops as needed in a timely and professional manor.Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guest and provide information to guests regarding local attractions and activities.Respond appropriately to guest complaints.
