Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role primarily involves the management of daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts Receivable tasks. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be expected to ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications, maintain customer credit records, and resolve any customer inquiries. This role requires comprehensive skills in account reconciliation, billing, and cash collections.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications on a regular basis

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Handle customer inquiries related to Accounts Receivable in a timely manner

• Manage daily cash deposits and collections related to customer accounts

• Conduct customer account adjustments as necessary

• Perform customer reconciliations effectively

• Process invoices and statements for customers

• Provide credit references for customers as required

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Use software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various AR tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing operations

• Ability to handle Cash Applications and Cash Collections

• Familiarity with Commercial Collections processes

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with Oracle financial software

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks

• Knowledge of SAP financial software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
