Job Summary The Workday Senior Manager leads a team of colleagues which may include managers who lead through others (manager of managers). The role collaborates at the practice area level with Resource Management, Human Resources, and Practice Leadership to determine practice alignment, training, and internal facing projects as well as continue their area of focus project work. Manages resources for multiple projects, responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution of client deliverables and consulting with clients on Workday projects. Drives the development of solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or large clients. Has exposure to many large, complex, global clients. Leads the most complex Large Enterprise implementations (CDS)/projects, and leads portions of client sales meetings as Subject Matter Expert/Advisor. Key Responsibilities People Manager Based Hires, on-boards, and mentors new colleagues through partnership with the recruiting team. Assists colleagues in goal setting, solicits 360 feedback, assesses performance, provides feedback to colleagues, and reviews compensation periodically to ensure competitiveness, per business requirements.
